Welcome to LeadKey! By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
LeadKey is operated by Omar ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietor based in Egypt.
1. Service Description
LeadKey is a multi-platform social media monitoring and lead generation tool that helps businesses discover potential customers by:
- Monitoring Twitter/X, Hacker News, and Reddit for keyword mentions
- Using AI to score buying intent
- Sending email alerts for high-intent leads
- Providing a dashboard to manage mentions across all platforms
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use LeadKey in compliance with Twitter's, Hacker News's, and Reddit's respective Terms of Service and API guidelines. Here are the rules:
Allowed Activities
- ✅ Searching platforms for keywords
- ✅ Analyzing post titles & content
- ✅ Finding business opportunities
- ✅ Responding authentically to posts
- ✅ Building genuine relationships
- ✅ Providing helpful answers
- ✅ Using data for market research
Prohibited Activities
- ❌ Spamming or mass messaging
- ❌ Vote manipulation
- ❌ Creating fake accounts
- ❌ Harassing platform users
- ❌ Sharing misleading information
- ❌ Violating platform content policies
- ❌ Reselling or redistributing data
🚫 Prohibited Keywords & Content
LeadKey prohibits the use of keywords related to harmful, illegal, or unethical content. Keywords containing the following topics will be automatically rejected:
- • Adult or sexual content (pornography, explicit material)
- • Violence, terrorism, or weapons
- • Hate speech, racism, or discrimination
- • Child exploitation or abuse
- • Illegal drugs or drug trafficking
- • Self-harm or suicide-related content
Attempting to circumvent these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Important
You are responsible for how you use the leads and information provided by LeadKey. We provide the data; you must engage with users ethically and in compliance with each platform's rules. Violation may result in account termination.
3. Account Terms
- You must be 18 years or older to use LeadKey
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One person or entity per account (no account sharing)
- You must not use LeadKey for illegal purposes
4. Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- All plans include a 3-day free trial
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until period end
- Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Payments are processed securely through Paddle
5. Intellectual Property
- LeadKey and its features are our intellectual property
- You retain ownership of your keywords and business data
- Reddit content remains property of its respective authors
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
LeadKey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of intent scores or AI analysis
- That using LeadKey will generate sales or revenue
- Availability of specific Reddit data
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Violate Twitter's, Hacker News's, or Reddit's Terms of Service
- Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
- Fail to pay subscription fees
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of LeadKey after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt.
