Refund Policy

LeadKey is operated by Omar. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This refund policy aligns with Paddle's consumer terms.

Refund Requests

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us and we will work with Paddle to process your request.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at the email below before the 14-day period expires.

Note: Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise access, or to subscription renewals.

Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel your order within the permitted timeframe, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

Paddle – Merchant of Record

All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Ltd (for customers outside the USA) or Paddle.com Inc (for USA customers), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf.
